2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the PH488 Platform. This age restriction is in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. PH488 strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. If PH488 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, PH488 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. PH488 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at your own risk and is not sanctioned by PH488.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on PH488. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from PH488 or any other gaming platform are not eligible to register or use the Platform during the period of their self-exclusion.
3.1 To access the full features of the PH488 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). PH488 is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by PH488 for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify PH488 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. PH488 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. PH488 will never request your password through any communication channel.
3.4 Account Information. You must ensure that the name on your PH488 account matches the name on your registered payment methods (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.). Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or refusal pending verification.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the PH488 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where amounts are displayed in other currencies, they are for reference only and the PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate will apply.
4.2 Deposits. Deposits are processed through supported payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. PH488 does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. PH488 will process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. PH488 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, subject to PH488's AML obligations.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of your account. PH488 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.5 Refused Transactions. PH488 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.1 PH488 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. PH488 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other conduct that PH488 deems contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 PH488 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Each game available on the PH488 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. The outcome of all casino games on PH488 is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). PH488 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in real time.
6.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface and may be adjusted by PH488 at any time.
6.4 Void Bets. PH488 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where the odds or game parameters were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. PH488 covers markets including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other events. Settlement of bets will follow official results as recognized by the relevant governing body.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PH488 Platform:
7.2 PH488 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the PH488 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall design — is the property of PH488 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of PH488.
9.1 PH488 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 PH488 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable law, including in connection with AML and KYC obligations.
10.1 PH488 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PH488 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 PH488 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 PH488's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 PH488 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason that PH488 deems sufficient in its sole discretion.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined to be connected with prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting PH488 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14.1 PH488 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PH488 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
